In El Garraf, markets are one of the attractions and motors of the commercial activity of the towns. To buy recently arrived products from field and sea it is essential to visit the markets known as Mercat del Centre and Mercat de Mar in Vilanova i la Geltrú, and that of Sitges, with a permanent range of the best of the products in the area, and also the weekly markets held in each of the towns (except Olivella), in which the peasants of the area sell their products directly.
